Jim Rollo has posted on Instagram that his former teammate Scott Hendy has died. Scott must have been one of the last players we paid a fee for (£5000 from Mangotsfield in 2003) but he lasted less than a season before returning to Cossham Street. He was a tall centre back who was highly rated at the time. RIP Scott.

weirdly i usually remember most players who played for us but cant think who he was. will google. RIP Scott Hendy. I think we paid for Darren Edwards in 2006.

he died in a pub car park in early hours of saturday morning. man on remand charged with manslaughter. Terrible. RIP Scott Hendy. Also i think he joined us 2008 not 2003 which someone put.
