Have we got a squad yet?

Is it just me that is concerned that we only have 10 players registered and our first friendly is 10th July?
Is this normal for this point in the close season?
I thought that apart from 3 (Mellor, Steran and Diallo) all the others had been offered new contracts.
What are they waiting for? More money? Options elsewhere? Certainty from the Bid? It doesn't feel like we are first choice
What is happening with:
Simpson, Ball, Walsh, Keary, Allen, Watkins - to name a few?

Also this drip feed of signings dont work for me. Other teams have a couple of announcements, perhaps also singling out new signings, but this tedious wait either means as Roman says players are biding their time, or the club is drawing it out, which is more likely as players will want to be settled by now.

A quick look back at the news pages from last year, at this stage we had 11 players confirmed signed on, so it's virtually the same position as then.

I can assure you it is not a case of drip feeding signings. I can also assure you that there is nothing to worry about. The players are only reporting back for pre-season training this week. A lot of them have obviously been on holiday, don't live in Bath and therefore haven't completed paperwork yet. I fully expect that the majority of last seasons squad will be turning out for the stripes again this season.

This subject surfaces with tiresome regularity every 'silly season'. I think most people associated with the club will be more concentrated on the bid at present.
