Cracking atmosphere with a gate of 1100.

City gave as good as they got after weathering  an initial period when they gave Rovers too much respect.

Some decent performances mainly from Man Mountain again Batten and Huth.  McCootie looks a different class to what we saw last season. He is going to be a handful if he keeps this up.

Biggest mystery is how Fleetwood got MOM. Showed nothing for me.

Frankie played impressively throughout and I liked the look of the left back who came on for Ball.

Jury is still out on Hunter who may be the wrong sort of player for this league.

But a very enjoyable game played in good spirit.
