I'm not aware that it is being locked intentionally, but it may be a glitch with the hosting. I haven't experienced the issue, so can you give me some more details of what you are seeing?

It is never locked for me and I use four different devices to access.

Could it possibly be the security settings on you computer/device? You could try making the security less sensitive. Are you blocking certain cookies?
